The Leader of the Opposition in the House of Commons

I do not understand why Parliament have not intervened to remove Jeremy Corbyn from the front bench. It is a House of Commons position and requires you to be leading a parliamentary party. It is not a bench for leading Labour CLPs and grassroots. You need mandate to occupy that bench and he needs to be removed so he can lead the people he wants to lead. Outside Parliament.
